12 DUMMY-*.csv fixtures, expected.json, dictionary.json, and this README.
Feed each CSV separately to your importer and compare with expected.json.
各CSVを別々に投入し、期待する受理・拒否と段階を照合してください。
The normal generator and this pack use the same 29 columns: 26 business fields
plus dataStatus, dataStatusMessage, dummySchemaId. Sidecars do not replace columns.
正常生成CSVと同じ29列です。列順は不問、未知列・重複列名・欠落列は拒否します。

## Validation phases / 検証段階
1. csv: parse UTF-8 (optional BOM), LF/CRLF, quoted commas/newlines, doubled quotes.
   Unclosed quotes or inconsistent record widths are file-level errors. Stop.
2. header: require all 29 distinct known columns. Missing columns are file errors. Stop.
3. value: required nonempty values; finite decimal numbers (exponents allowed),
   integers, real YYYY-MM-DD calendar dates, true/false booleans, listed enums.
   Strings are not clinically interpreted. Quoted commas/newlines in department
   are valid. Do not trim, silently repair, or coerce a rejected value.
4. cross_record: employee_id + examination_date must be unique. Only valid keys
   participate. Report the later logical record and the earlier matching record.
record_index is 1-based after the header, not a physical line number.
File errors do not promise a physical line number or recovered row count.

## Cases / ケース
01 valid; 02 quoted comma; 03 quoted newline; 04 UTF-8 BOM + CRLF;
05 required empty; 06 invalid calendar date; 07 nonnumeric;
08 NaN; 09 unknown enum; 10 duplicate examination key;
11 missing header column; 12 unclosed quote.
01–04 are accepted; 05–12 are rejected at the documented phase.
Clinical abnormality is not an input error. No medical thresholds are applied.

No diagnosis, health-guidance accuracy, real-world distribution, or vendor import
compatibility is guaranteed. Do not use for clinical decisions or real patient data.
