About our support capacity
DataGen Pro is run as a personal, volunteer-based beta project, so replies may take some time. If you need incident response or an SLA, please state that clearly in your message.

Send an enterprise e-mailThis is a solo open-source project, but we welcome enterprise questions too.
Ask about adding a field your business needs or supporting a new industry format — we can discuss feasibility and priority.
The project is published under the MIT License, so you can self-host it in your own environment. DataGen Pro itself does not store the data it generates on any server.
We can review and advise on your existing test data design or schema definitions, within the scope of a technical discussion.
Commercial use itself is not restricted, but the service is currently offered as a beta with no SLA or quality guarantee. Please review the Terms of Use for the full conditions.
A. This is run on a personal, volunteer basis, so it may take a few business days or more. If your request is urgent, please say so clearly in your message.
A. It is free in general. For more involved requests such as custom development, we may discuss scope and process separately.
A. Please do not include confidential information in the message itself. If an NDA is needed, raise it individually and we will discuss how to proceed.
A. Inquiries are handled as direct e-mail exchanges and are not stored on DataGen Pro's servers. Content submitted via GitHub Issues is published and stored on GitHub.
